Original: The emphasis is on eating as little as possible, with many people actually entering starvation (a dangerous state that does not promote healthy habits).
Modern Program: The emphasis is on eating smart so you can sustain and finish the whole plan. That’s why a lean protein snack is allowed before sleep, so you don’t lay awake in bed with your stomach growling.
These changes are simple, yet they make all the difference.
That’s why I say the modern plan is a smarter way to lose– you get the same results, or even better, but you can eat more!
